Treatment Philosophy

I’m committed to helping people improve their emotional well-being. In addition to listening to patients’ concerns, I educate them on techniques they can utilize to solve problems, manage stress, adjust to life changes, and improve relationships.  I offer evidenced based treatment services to help with Chemical Dependency, Mood Disorders (i.e. depression and bipolar), Anxiety Struggles, Addiction, Relationship Concerns, and General Life Stresses.

My role is to form a therapeutic alliance employing a highly empathetic style in order to inspire feelings of self-efficacy surrounding your ability to successfully change problematic behaviors, and assist you in constructing your own changes by facilitating your movement through the stages of change.
